The Opportunity
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, scalable digital solutions by maintaining and enhancing automated test suites and supporting complex releases with manual testing. You’ll partner closely with developers and cross-functional stakeholders to improve test coverage, streamline release processes, and embed quality best practices across the development lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will design, plan and execute test strategies across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring comprehensive coverage across functional, regression, integration, accessibility and cross-browser testing. You’ll manage defects end-to-end, perform root cause analysis, and act as a key point of contact for release validation.
You’ll contribute to CI/CD quality engineering by maintaining and expanding automated test suites, improving quality gates, and identifying opportunities to increase automation and reduce manual effort. Working closely with developers, you will proactively identify risks, improve test coverage, and help prevent defects before release.
You will also support governance and continuous improvement by maintaining QA documentation, test data and environments, contributing to audit and compliance requirements (including SOC 2), and driving initiatives that enhance quality, reliability, and operational efficiency.
About You
You are an experienced QA professional with a strong background in both manual and automated web testing within CI/CD environments. You bring hands-on experience developing and executing test plans, testing APIs, and working with modern automation tools such as Katalon (or similar).
You have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing methodologies and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs), along with experience validating accessibility against WCAG standards. You’re confident working with tools such as Postman, SQL, and work tracking platforms like Azure DevOps.
You are highly analytical, detail-oriented and collaborative, with the ability to troubleshoot defects, trace data flows, and communicate clearly through high-quality documentation. Experience in regulated or audit-controlled environments and exposure to security, performance or eCommerce testing will be highly regarded.
