What You’ll Be Doing

• Build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and allied health providers

• Drive new business development across Australia

• Grow and manage a strong pipeline of healthcare partners

• Meet face-to-face with healthcare stakeholders and decision-makers

• Convert new organisations into active placement partners

• Manage long-term relationships and account growth opportunities

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver great student outcomes

• Identify new partnership and territory growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years’ experience in:

• Business Development

• Healthcare or Medical sales

• Account Management

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and commercially driven mindset

• Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based role

• Driver’s licence and own vehicle

• Willing and able to travel interstate 1 to 2 times per month

Bonus Points If You Have

• Allied Health or Mental Health experience

• Existing healthcare industry relationships

• Experience with universities or clinical placements

• CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
