Job Description
As a Sales Manager at Keypath Education, you will lead multiple sales teams to exceed new student enrolment targets across our university partners. This role focuses on driving growth, inspiring performance, and delivering exceptional experiences for students and partners.
You’ll leverage data insights to optimise pipeline outcomes, foster a high-performing team culture, and collaborate strategically with Marketing and Account Management to champion innovation and continuous improvement.
Key accountabilities include the following:
Sales Performance
Develop and implement best-practice sales strategies and pipeline management to achieve performance KPIs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Marketing, and Student Success teams to drive alignment and sales excellence.
Use data insights (student feedback, trends, performance metrics) to inform and enhance actionable sales and operational plans.
Recommend and support training on product features, partner value propositions, and proof points in partnership with key teams.
Sales Strategy & Operations
Understand Keypath and university partner strategies, including OKRs, and apply sales levers to maximise outcomes.
Contribute insights for revenue forecasts, report on KPIs, and take action to drive performance.
Identify customer and pipeline insights with support from the Insights team and communicate cross-functionally to influence decisions and strategic planning.
Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and test-and-learn for rapid iteration and scaling.
Assume leadership accountability to solve broader business challenges, propose process improvements, and champion change.
People Leadership
Guide, support, and develop your leadership team to achieve study period targets through clear expectations, goal alignment, feedback, and professional growth.
Support Team Leaders in identifying high performers, building a diverse talent pipeline, and managing underperformance proactively.
Act as an escalation point for employment relations concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Qualifications
Education
Higher education or similar
Experience
5+ years of demonstrated sales leadership, with proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated experience executing sales strategy.
Demonstrated experience leading sales teams of team members.
Proven experience leading leaders to create a performance-driven team culture.
Proven experience customer experience leadership.
Proven ability to effectively manage and influence cross-functional & external stakeholder relationships.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving work environment.
Experience within the Education industry is highly valued.
Technical Skills
Ability to use data analytics to inform strategic decision making.
Demonstrated experience using systems and reporting tools to oversee and guide strategies and operations. Preference for Genesys Purecloud, Microsoft CRM & Microsoft Office Suite inc PowerBI reports.
