Job Description

Are you passionate about building relationships and creating meaningful opportunities for students? As a Placement Specialist, you’ll play a key role in connecting counselling students with hospitals, clinics, and community facilities for hands-on learning experiences. This role blends relationship management, coordination, and problem-solving to ensure a positive outcome for both students and placement sites.

What you'll do:

• Develop and manage partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and other placement sites.
• Coordinate student placements in collaboration with the broader team.
• Negotiate and secure affiliation agreements with partners.
• Maintain accurate records and reports across multiple systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to achieve win-win outcomes.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree highly regarded
• 3–5 years’ experience in business development and/or sales.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and CRM systems.
