Sales Consultant: Student Advisor
Own the end-to-end student journey, delivering consultative sales to experienced professionals pursuing postgraduate study.
Drive commercial outcomes. Shape real career transformations.
As a Student Advisor, you will own the end-to-end student journey—from initial enquiry through to enrolment and graduation—delivering a high-calibre, consultative sales experience for professionals pursuing postgraduate degrees with our university partner.
You will primarily engage adult learners—working professionals making high-stakes decisions to accelerate their careers—requiring a confident, credible, and outcomes-focused approach.
What You’ll Do
· Engage warm leads and conduct structured, phone-based consultations
· Use strong active listening to uncover motivations, challenges, and goals
· Assess suitability and position the programme as a strategic career investment
· Own and manage your pipeline with discipline, pace, and precision
· Consistently meet and exceed enrolment targets in a performance-driven environment
· Re-engage and convert high-value prospects through resilience and persistence
What Sets This Role Apart
This is not a transactional sales role. You will be engaging experienced professionals who expect credibility, insight, and a high standard of interaction.
We are a premium, high-growth business with ambitious targets and uncompromising standards. You will be part of a team that values performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Who This Suits
· Proven track record of exceeding targets in consultative or high-value sales
· Strong commercial judgement and ability to influence discerning customers
· Demonstrated resilience in longer or complex sales cycles
· High level of discipline in pipeline management and follow-through
· Comfortable being measured on outcomes, not activity
If you are seeking a purely transactional role or a low-accountability environment, this role will not be the right fit.
What You’ll Get
· Structured onboarding + ongoing coaching
· High-performance, growth-oriented environment
· Clear expectations and performance visibility
· Opportunity to scale with a premium brand in growth mode
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9AM–6PM, with a rotational schedule that may include occasional evenings or weekends.
